This Privacy Policy describes how WRHVR LLC (NumberVR, also «the Company») collects, uses, and processes information when you interact with the Company, either as an individual or as part of a business. If you enter a contractual relationship with us (as a client, employee or contractor), we collect such information as is reasonably necessary to fulfill our contractual obligation. This is usually limited to your name, your business contact details, and your payment method information, if applicable.

While fulfilling a contractual obligations to a client, WRHVR LLC may come across information related to medical patients of the client. WRHVR LLC relies on its clients to have obtained the appropriate consents from their patients in order to perform their medical practices. Patient information is highly sensitive and WRHVR LLC treats it in accordance with legal requirements regulating the healthcare industry. Since patient information is usually not needed to fulfill WRHVR LLC’s contractual obligations, the Company removes it entirely from all recorded materials at the beginning of its business process.

INFORMATION SHARING

WRHVR LLC does not share your information with any third parties, except if this is deemed to be reasonably necessary to fulfill our contractual agreements with you, and only after you have your provided your consent.
We do not use your information for marketing or promotional purposes, nor for any other purpose other than those defined in our legal bases for collecting information.

TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU

WRHVR LLC may process personal data through third-party services in jurisdictions outside of the EU (such as service providers based in the US and Argentina) in which case personal data is transferred outside the EU. WRHVR LLC relies on our service providers’ implementations of information security, ensuring to use only the services of providers that are GDPR-compliant, and follow approved security practices and standards.

DATA RETENTION

WRHVR LLC maintains data retention guidelines to ensure personal data is deleted after a reasonable time after it is no longer required. For example, if you enter a contractual agreement with WRHVR LLC, your personal data may be stored after completion of the agreement for a reasonable period of time, to allow for further work on specific projects, modifications, followups, etc. The time that your personal data will remain in storage depends mostly on the size and scope of the project.

You are entitled to specific rights regarding your personal data. WRHVR LLC will ensure that it provides simple, timely and adequate means for you to exercise the following rights:

DATA BREACHES

A personal data breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data while it is being transmitted, stored or processed.

Examples of data breaches include access by unauthorized third parties, undue diffusion of personal data (such as if personal data is sent to an incorrect recipient), loss of personal data caused by device theft or breakage, inability to access personal data due to lost passwords, etc.

WRHVR LLC will immediately notify you if your personal data is affected by any breach, if said data breach may be construed to entail a high risk to your rights and freedoms. If circumstances warrant, WRHVR LLC will also inform the relevant supervisory authority.
